What is a Reiki session like with Tuning Forks and Crystals?

There’s a quiet power in letting yourself pause. In allowing the energy around and within you to realign. That’s the space I hold during my Reiki sessions—where subtle frequencies, intentional touch, and the resonance of crystals and sound come together to support you.
Each session begins with your presence—whether in person or connecting remotely. You don’t need to do anything except show up as you are. Sometimes we start with a short conversation to clarify what you’re holding or hoping to shift. Sometimes, we just begin with breath and silence.
Once the session begins, Reiki energy flows intuitively—guided not just by your words, but by what your body and field reveal. As I move through the session, I incorporate tuning forks—specific frequencies designed to resonate with your chakras, nervous system, or energetic imbalances. These tones aren’t loud; they’re subtle, sometimes barely heard, but deeply felt. Their vibration communicates directly with your energy field, loosening tension and creating space for alignment.
Alongside sound, I work with crystals—chosen intentionally for your energy that day. Crystals hold their own frequencies and offer a stabilizing presence during the session. Whether placed near the body or simply held in the space, they act as silent allies—amplifying peace, grounding, clarity, or expansion.
What unfolds during a session is unique to you. Some people feel sensations—tingling, warmth, coolness, or movement. Others feel emotional release, a flood of peace, or a quiet clarity they’ve been seeking. For remote sessions, the energy is just as present. Distance does not diminish connection. In many ways, it sharpens it.
At the end of the session, I gently close the energy and offer time to integrate. If intuitive insights arose, I share them with care and respect. Often, I’ll suggest small rituals—drinking extra water, resting, journaling—to help you ground and carry the energy forward.
This is subtle work. But it’s deep. And over time, it has the power to bring you back into rhythm with your Self.
If you’re feeling called to reconnect, release, or simply rest, I invite you into this space.
