The Invitation

In a world that is constantly asking us to look outward, it is easy to become a stranger to our own inner landscape. We carry the noise of the day, the weight of our roles, and the hum of the digital world in our bodies. This evening is a dedicated space to stop the "doing" and simply be. Through the combined power of intentional breath and immersive sound, we invite you to shed the external layers and rediscover the steady, unshakable sanctuary that lives within you.

The Path Home

Act I:

Breath: Clearing the Threshold

We begin the journey by using the breath as a bridge. Through gentle, guided breathwork, we settle the nervous system and quiet the mental chatter. This is where we "walk through the front door" of our internal home, leaving the stress of the outside world behind.

Sound: The Internal Sanctuary

Once the space is cleared, you will be held in a rich, multi-dimensional soundscape. This isn't just a

performance—it’s a somatic experience.  You will feel the primal resonance of the medicine drum and the deep, grounding "thrum" of the Chau gong in your very bones. The melodic ring of seven crystal singing bowls and the storied tones of an antique Tibetan bowl will fill the air, while the delicate textures of rainsticks, chimes, and tuning forks work to clear the space around you. The sound acts as a "nest," providing a safe, resonant container for you to rest, reflect, and realign.

Why Two Hours?

Transformation takes time. A 120-minute session allows for a deeper level of relaxation that isn't possible in a standard hour-long class. It gives your brain waves the time they need to shift from active "Beta" states into the restorative, dream-like states where true healing and clarity occur.

Preparation & What to Bring

This is a "lying down" experience. To ensure you are as comfortable as possible, please bring:

  • A Yoga Mat (and maybe a second one or a foam pad for extra cushion).

  • Blankets and Pillows (your body temperature will drop as you relax).

  • An Eye Mask (optional, but highly recommended for deepening the journey).

  • Comfortable Clothing (think cozy and unrestricted).

About the Space

The Inca Street Collective (Instagram) is Denver's newest hub for transformation, connection, and community. The Inca Collective Space may look like a yoga studio, but it’s so much more—a sanctuary for mind, body, and spirit growth.  It is a space to bring together a wide variety of practices and gatherings to support holistic wellness and human potential.

The space is located just one block from the Santa Fe Art district.
